What does Ashwagandha do?
Ashwagandha is a plant whose dried root is usually used. You may know Ashwagandha from Ayurveda, where it is used for its balancing and calming effects. But it can do much more: Studies have shown that Ashwagandha, when taken regularly, has been proven to regulate cortisol levels and improve sleep.
What does Reishi do?
Reishi is one of the most researched medicinal mushrooms and has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Reishi has a balancing effect, ensures clear skin and a good night's sleep.
What does L-glycine do?
L-Glycine is an amino acid and one of the most important neuronal messengers. Glycine can shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and improve overall sleep quality. In tense moments, glycine can have a positive effect on the nerves by dampening hyperactive nerves.

Was ist sonst noch im Waldkakao?
Natürlicher Kokosblütezucker, der (neben Glycin) für eine angenehme, aber nicht zu starke Süße sorgt und etwas Zimt. Wir haben uns für einen hochwertigen Ceylon Zimt entscheiden. Zimt im Allgemeinen wirkt sich nämlich günstig auf den Blutzuckerspiegel aus und dämpft Heißhunger.
Wie viel Pilz und Ashwagandha ist in einer Tasse Kakao?
In 10 g Waldkakao sind etwa 400 mg Ashwagandha Extrakt und 300 mg Reishi Extrakt enthalten.
