What exactly is “Whey” protein powder?

There, “organic milk” means that cows are allowed outside for at least 120 days a year. If they are tied to a stable, regular grazing is mandatory. All feed must come from organic farming and 60% of it from roughage, such as hay or green fodder. Our whey cows regularly see the fresh green grass. That's a good life for a dairy cow, we think, and you can taste it in our whey.

What is A2 goat protein?
