Gesunde Reishi Schoko-Erdbeeren für Entspannung & Genuss

Have you ever tried chili and chocolate in combination? It's not just worth a try because of the taste!

The tryptophan in chocolate stimulates the happiness hormone serotonin and chili improves blood circulation thanks to its spiciness. Our forest cocoa is a functional cocoa mix with reishi mushroom extract, L-glycine and ashwagandha . Together, these three ingredients ensure that you can relax more easily, are less prone to stress, fall asleep more quickly and stay asleep better.

You can find more information about the individual ingredients HERE or below.

The power fruit strawberry

Of course, you can also use any other fruit for this recipe - let your creativity run wild in the kitchen! However, strawberries are not only decorative, fruity and delicious, they also have many health benefits.

Here are some of them:

Strawberries are rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C , anthocyanins and flavonoids , which help fight free radical damage, reduce inflammation in the body and strengthen the immune system . Anthocyanins can even improve general brain function and support memory through their neuroprotective effects.

The high antioxidant and fiber content in strawberries may help reduce the risk of heart disease . Studies have shown that regular consumption of strawberries can lower blood pressure and reduce LDL ("bad") cholesterol in the blood.

Not only strawberries, but most other berries (compared to fruits such as grapes, bananas and pineapples) have a low glycemic index , which means that they can raise blood sugar levels rather slowly and keep them stable.

...Despite all of these promising benefits of the little power fruit, you shouldn't just eat chocolate berries. A balanced diet, regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle are the key to long-term health and happiness!
