Can protein shakes help you lose weight?
That's why almonds are so healthy
Almonds are packed with nutrients and can have a lasting positive effect on your health if consumed regularly!
They contain lots of protein, healthy fats, lots of vitamins E and B, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, fiber and secondary plant substances . These are mainly found in the shell of the almond, so we recommend using brown almond butter and not blanched almonds.
Just a handful of almonds a day can have a positive effect on your skin and hair, your digestion, your general energy level and your heart health, among other things.
Why A2 Goat Protein?
The so-called A2 milk is a more natural milk that is healthier for everyone, but is especially better tolerated by allergy sufferers, people with lactose intolerance or a sensitive intestine.
Our A2 protein consists of goat's milk, which - unlike cow's milk - is neither contaminated with hormones nor homogenized. It tastes neutral and definitely not like goat and is ideal for protein shakes due to its high protein content and creamy texture .
