What is Protein Goatmeal?
Are you looking for a quick and healthy meal that will keep you full for a long time and provide you with protein? Then our goat meal is just right for you. If you prepare it as porridge in the microwave or with hot water, you can have a healthy, low-calorie meal with protein from A2 goat's milk in just 2 minutes.
Why protein from A2 milk?
A2 milk is a more original type of milk that comes from sheep, goats and occasionally from certain breeds of cows. For almost all people, A2 milk is much more digestible and easier to tolerate than conventional cow's milk. This also applies to the proteins from these types of milk. The so-called A2 casein from goat's milk has a structure that makes it more digestible even for sensitive people with, for example, autoimmune diseases and intolerances. If you would like to find out more about it, read our blog article .
What else is in it?
In addition to the A2 protein, the goat meal contains gluten-free oat flakes and a small amount of our organic pasture whey . The goatmeal is sweetened with natural Finnish birch sugar and organic coconut blossom sugar. The “nicely chocolaty” version also contains cocoa powder. In the “Maca cinnamon roll” variety we use organic Ceylon cinnamon and organic maca powder.
